Josh has 15 years experience in the home inspection industry. He developed a construction background previous to becoming a home inspector. Josh has worked in all phases of residential construction.
Josh has been performing home inspections full time for the past 15 years and has completed over 9,000 home inspections. Josh is a licensed home inspector for Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Josh conducts first time home buyer seminars for various cities and organizations.
